Welcome to Finspiration. My name is Ronald Lau, one of the two fortunate students along with my friend Greg Keith from Canada, Mount Royal College Computer Science Faculty to travel to Finland, EVTEK University of Applied Sciences for the period of August 28, 2005 to December 21, 2005. Traveling to Finland as an international exchange student has in many ways enriched our lives to a whole new dimension. Dimensions enriched include a greater understanding for various cultures, ability to overcome obstacles, and most importantly to travel, to conquer, and return in one piece. In essence, it was a journey that provided so many new experiences that has helped us understand the world through a global perspective. However, traveling to another country is no easy task. It involves a lot of paperwork and preparation. But don't take my word; every person will encounter a different experience, some things here are common sense, and rather is a guide should you choose to tread in my footsteps across the waters to another country. However, if you do so choose to pursue this opportunity, I'll be your tour guide. So take a stroll with me, don't fall behind, and you should be fine.
